Artists Reception: June 7, 4-6 pm
Confirm Participation: April 15th noon
Artists may submit 3 art works
Provide Title, Medium, Size

Art must be wired and ready to hang.
Pick Up: June 16, 10 – 5 pm
Publicity
VAC will create the digital & print flyers and post on BBBCA social media & newsletters
Sales
VAC will provide numbered labels to match a price list
Artists can bring business cards for contact info and leave for the duration of the exhibit.
Sales will be handled directly by the artist.
Insurance:
The VAC will provide liability waiver forms.
