2024 Bradley Beach Business & Community Member Survey Results 

Our recent 2024 BBBCA membership survey was completed by 43 members or 17 % of all members, which is a slight increase over 2023.

The survey results and inputs will be used to develop our 2025 Plan. 

100% Satisfaction 

Overall, Members who responded are 100% Satisfied - 65% Very Satisfied and 35% Satisfied. This matches 100 % Satisfied in 2023.

Business members are 70% Very Satisfied and 30%. Residents are 64 % Very Satisfied  and 36 % Satisfied. Non Profit Members are 50 % Very Satisfied and 50% Satisfied .

More opportunities to bring people together in Bradley Beach and additional small  business support were cited as opportunities to increase satisfaction.

Members rated the following activities as Highest in Value: Communications,     Business Promotion, Business Networking, Member Networking, Municipal Partnership,          Non-Profit Support

BBBCA Newsletter was rated Very Effective by 42% and Effective by 47%. 

Social Media was rated Very Effective by 30% and Effective by 61%.

Website was rated Very Effective by 32% and Effective by 61%.

Areas for Improvement  included  recommendations  to shorten Newsletter and strengthen  Social Media .
